I loved the charming decor and the peaceful courtyard where breakfast was enjoyed. The made-to-order breakfast offerings, including fresh fruit and omelettes, made my mornings special. The staff were wonderfully accommodating and offered fantastic local dining recommendations.
Could use heating in winter.

Excellent food in the restaurant, reasonably good and tasty breakfast with freshly made omelets and fruit salad, for example. Incredible central location, next to both barranco or miraflores, the airport on a reasonable price and the best restaurants.

Luxurious showers and friendly staff
I was impressed with the warm hospitality. The staff, especially Elizabeth, were really good too assist with local tips and transport. Each morning, the made-to-order breakfast was a good highlight, with fantastic coffee and vibrant atmosphere in the courtyard. Located in charming Barranco, I appreciated the easy walk to nearby eateries and bars.
The lack of heating left my room chilly at night, so I suggest bringing extra layers if you're sensitive. The street noise occasionally interrupted my sleep, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

Modern and well-designed units with a very comfortable bed. Amazing favourable location, to the wonderful Barranco neighborhood. Based near Larcomar where all the shops, Barranco's main plaza, and Miraflores, San Isidro and the main square of Lima.
Wi-Fi was bad.

The hotel looks brand new (when it opened two years ago). It us a small and family structure, very clean and well decorated. Our room was very clear (with many windows without any neighbours to see (even in the bathroom). Very nice and friendly staff. Very pleasant place in the neighborhood (baranco's best restaurant -canta rana-, ponte dei souspiro, old typical houses....). The best place to stay to visit Lima during one or two days. Perfect.
Breakfast is very good for once, but understand it Can be boring for three days.

Perfect spot for families
We had the best showers here, unlike any other place we stayed. Plus, the staff even arranged transportation for us, can't thank them enough!
It wasn't the cheapest stay but well worth it.

Very comfortable hotel in any sense.
I do not think that there was a TV in the room but for the price we paid we were very happy with everything.

Delightful, personel, modern, trendy, great value for money, fantastic breakfast, and excellent helpfully friendly staff. A home away from home and great location near the sea and nicest area of Lima, set amongst the lovely colonial architecture of Peru.

The breakfast was amazing with fresh options. The staff helped me rent bikes to explore. My room was clean and spacious, although I did hear some noise from next door due to open windows. Definitely recommend this spot!

This hotel was exceptionally clean. Everything was new and modern but the hotel as a whole was small and warm with a very personal touch. Front desk helped us constantly with local recommendations including locations for romantic walks.
The only downside was that the hotel stays a bit noisy as al conversations inside the hotel and sounds from the street filter up into the open architecture.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The American breakfast is always eggs and toast. For people staying more than a day or two this get old if you don't like eggs every day. They should consider stocking cereals.

Great location in Barranco, a short walk to wonderful restaurants and vibrant bars. The room I stayed in, the Standard Double Room, was spacious and impeccably clean. I loved the breakfast, made to order, with delicious options like avocado toast. The shower pressure was excellent, the best I experienced throughout my travels in Peru. The staff, especially Andrea, were helpful with plenty of local recommendations. Everyone was fluent in English. I did notice that the building lacked heating was good. Bring an extra layer if you're sensitive to cold. A cozy experience with fantastic hospitality.

I enjoyed the friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, and its location. I walked to the cliff in the morning and saw the Pacific Ocean. The desk clerk helped me make a reservation to Astrid y Gaston and helped me plan my day. Everyone was always smiling and made my Lima stay very awesome.
Nothing at all.
